InvisaBeam™ Return Policy

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At InvisaBeam™, we're committed to ensuring you're delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how you can return your product:

Return Conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. 
  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging. 
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process: Returns must be approved in advance by email. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

To initiate a return, please provide us with the following in an email to support@invisabeamlight.com:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Reason for return – a brief description of the reason for your return
